Tomorrow, May 28th (Memorial Day) we will remember club member Nick Venuto, who we tragically lost one year ago in a bike/auto accident (https://descenders.org/Memorial.html). Bring your red memorial bracelets on the ride. Extras will be available at the start of the ride if you don’t have one. This will be at normal club pace, and is not a public, facilitated ride.
Meet at 56 bike path at 8AM. Riding at 8:15AM. Host: David Voris. We will ride to the Coast to La Costa and back through Rancho Santa Fe. Civilized pace.

June 2: Dudley Dream Ride (Santa Ysabel Palomar Climbing trip). Meet at the Julian Pie Company back parking lot (Santa Ysabel) at 8:00am for a climbing trip ranging between 56 and 80 miles on Palomar Mountain and Mesa Grande

June 9: Mussey, Pamo.
Meet at 7-11 at Garden Road and Poway Road at 8:00am for the Mussey Grade, Pamo Road Loop. Map: Mussey Grade, Pamo Road Loops, up Scripps Poway Parkway
June 16: Elfin Forest, Double Peak.
Meet at the corner of Rancho Bernardo Road and Pomerado Road for 50+ miles through Elfin Forest, up the mighty Double Peak Road in San Marcos, and Santa Luz loop.

Note: If you are not going to Monster Climbs, you can participate in Palomar challenge on Saturday, June 23rd. Winning it should be super-easy since Rick will be pushing me up Shirley Meadows that day.
June 30: Coastal Ride (since none of us will be in a mood to climb anything above 20 ft).
Meet at 8AM at Black Mountain Road and the 56 BP for Coastal Loop to Oceanside.
